Shipping Policy

All Health on Point products are delivered using either Courier Guy or DHL couriers.

Delivery can take between 3-5 working days.

These delivery timeframes an approximate only and Health on Point cannot be held liable for not meeting the standard delivery times mentioned.

This excludes weekends and public holidays.

The cost of shipping your order is non-refundable.

Health on Point holds no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels or parcels delayed in transit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Health on Point is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country. 

If you are unsure about the charges please contact your local customs office for further information.

Return & Exchange Policy

1: The pictures of the products may vary in color or look. Health on Point will NOT grant an exchange/return if a customer feels the product does not look exactly like that in the picture.

2. Delivery time is generally 24-48 hours pending on stock availability. Items not in stock will be delivered within 10-14 days.

3: If you are uncertain about your size, please email us and we will gladly assist you, or alternatively go one size up.

4: All items on sale or discounted via coupon code are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS.

5: Please note, refunds will not be offered for returned purchases.

6: Customers wishing to return an item NOT bought on sale for an exchange, must contact Health on Point within 2 days of receiving the parcel. If Health on Point is not contacted and a return finalized within 2 working days your return will not be valid.

7: A late fee will be deducted where applicable.

8: If an item is to be returned, the customer must ensure all the original packing, labels, sanitary stickers are intact. All items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unused. All returns will be processed within 2-4 business days.

9: Health on Point is not responsible for any circumstances where the customer is not contactable for their delivery. If a order has to be returned to sender, the customer is fully liable for all charges incurred to receive their order again.

10: The customer is responsible for all delivery charges to and from Health on Point. The delivery fee is non-refundable.

11: Once we have received your returned package and inspected the garments, you will be contacted via email and provided a credit note.

12: Please note Health on Point reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. All unapproved returns will be returned to sender and sent an email notification advising your return was not approved.

13: Health on Point cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

14: A R20 transaction fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts.

15: In the case of receiving a faulty product, please take the following steps to arrange a refund/exchange:

1. Original proof of purchase/receipt

2. Name, Surname and invoice number

3. Telephone number

4. Email address

5. A description and physical photograph of the faulty product.

6. Health on Point reserves the right to determine whether your return claim is valid for a defective product replacement.
